Who should I contact for warranty or product support questions?
Warranty and product support issues can typically be answered by one of our qualified distributors. Service and support technicians at our distributor locations have the ability to answer most product issues and warranty questions and are also able to fix and repair Knapheide products. You can find your closest distributor by using our Distributor Search. If our distributors cannot answer our question, they will contact the Knapheide Product Support department for any additional information they might need.
