Cargo Management System

With extension cords, shovels, tanks, ladders and all the other larger tools and equipment you have, your cargo area tends to get a little cluttered.  So why not clean up that internal cargo area and invest in Knapheide's Cargo Management System?  Knapheide's Cargo Management System is a track system constructed of lightweight aluminum.  The system includes the tracking and adjustable cargo tie down rings.  Accessories include tank holders, ladder hooks, light or heavy hooks, and 2 x 4 holders. 

Receiver Hitch for KUV’s

The KUV has a Class V Receiver Hitch Kit - Step Bumper available as well as a Lift Gate COmpatible Receiver Hitch.  Both models have a maximum hauling load of 12,000 lbs.  Lift Gate Compatible Receiver Hitch is to be used in conjunction with a Tommy Gate lift gate only. 

Codeable Padlock

Knapheide's Codeable Padlock is designed with convenience in mind.  Simply put your vehicle ignition key into the cylinder and turn.  The padlock learns your vehicle ignition key code and eliminates the need to carry both ignition key and padlock key.  The Knapheide Codeable Padlock: simple, safe, secure.

LED Compartment Lighting

LED Compartment Lighting is the perfect accessory for your Knapheide KUV or Service Body if you work extended hours.  The LED Compartment Lighting is available in 7", 14", and 28" light strips.  Door activated switches turn the lights on when the door is opened and off when the door is closed.  The light fixtures are constructed of rigid plastic with pressure adhesive on the back for easy installation. 

Manual Drop Down Ladder Rack

The Manual Drop Down Ladder Rack is availabe on most Knapheide KUV bodies.  Your overhead ladder is secured by two slanted hooks.  The handle allows the operator to lift a ladder into the stored position and also unload the ladder without stretching or handling the weight of the ladder.  Both street side and curb side configurations are available. 

Mechanics Vise Bracket

Knapheide's Mechanics Vise Bracket fts most KUV's and Service Bodies.  The vise bracket is adjustable in 1" increments for operator preference and comfort during use.  Pre-punched vise mounting surface accomodates 3-1/2", 4", or 4-1/2" vise.  The Knapheide Mechanics Vise Bracket is designed to bring convenience and versatility to your jobsite. 

Power Ladder Rack

The Power Ladder Rack is availabe on most Knapheide KUV bodies.  Your overhead ladder is secured by two slanted hooks.  The ladder can be lowered from the stowed position to an easily accessed position through the push of a swtich.  

Power Locks

Knapheide Power Locks are available on most KUV's and Service Bodies.  Increase your efficiency and security with a push of a button to lock or unlock all doors.  Integration with the chassis keyless entry system (if equipped) allows for both body and cab to be operated with chassis key fob.  Audible signals inform user when compartments lock, unlock, or if compartment door(s) is open and unsecured while attempting to lock. 

Rear Vision Camera

For applications with solid rear doors, the Rear Vision Camera allows you to see what is behind you before back up.  System includes a 7" full color LCD monitor with audio.  The included camera has infrared vision to provide also provide adequate vision at night. 

Solid Rear Doors

If you own a KUV and you park it or work in a thief friendly neighborhood, you want all the security you can get.  By choosing solid rear doors, the crooks not only will have a harder time breaking into your internal cargo area, they won't be able to see what is inside making you less of a target.  Solid Rear Door options also creates a great area for your advertising graphics. 

Sortimo

SpitzLift

The SpitzLift is the perfect small crane accessory for your KUV or Service Body.  SpitzLift is available in electric or manual versions with 3' or 4' boom lengths with a lifting capacity up to 900 lbs.  Constructed of lightweight but durable structural aluminum, the SpitzLift not only makes your job safer but it also is easily transferred from vehicle to vehicle.  The SpitzLift has the capability to rotate up to 360 degrees.  

Bumpers for KUV’s
