Cab Organizer

Knapheide's cab organizer is designed to fit in the area between the driver's and passenger's seats in the cab of a van or cutaway.  The cab organizer is constructed of rugged 16 gauge galvanneal steel and is lockable.  A gray powdercoat finish provides a long lasting finish.  Box has internal rails for hanging file folders and a sliding channe lto supoort a S-Boxx 03 (included with cab organizer).  For secure, in cab organization turn to Knapheide's cab organizer.

Thermoformed Van Partition

One piece thermoformed ABS van partition is custom fit to the interior of the small van.  Models are available for the Ford Transit Connect and Ram C/V.  Van partition can be easily installed and requires no modifications.  Partition is available with or without glass.  Glass version features wide angled rear glass that allows for a clear view from the cab of the cargo area and cargo door. Partition is compliant with FMVSS 302 and 201U regulations and 49CFR393.114.

Thermoformed partition is lightweight with little impact to the van's payload.  Van partition allows for maximum seat travel for optimal comfort and provides a solid barrier between the driver and cargo area in the event of a collision.  

Large Van Steel Bulkhead

Bulkhead is constructed of heavy gauge steel for durability with a polycarbonate window for visibility and shatter resistance.  Robust design reduces the noise level in the cab and the demand on the heating/cooling system.  Optional hinge door kit converts bulkhead to a swinging door.  Models available for the Ford E-Series, Chevy/GMC Express/Savana, Nissan NV, and Mercedes Sprinter.  

Globelyst 9 Piece Hook Set

The Globelyst 9 Piece Hook Set is easy to install and mounts directly to the side panel.  Hook Set enables end user to organize and store a variety of tools and equipment near the rear or side door of the vehicle.  Hook Set comes with many different hooks and holders.

Globelyst Cable Holder

Tired of tangled up electric cables, hoses, or extension cords in the back of your van?  The Cable Holder can effectively store cables making them easy to access and retrieve.  Cable Holder mounts directly to the side of the Globelyst system and is constructed of lightweight yet rugged plastic.  It can be hooked into the side panel or screw mounted.  

Globelyst Document Storage Pocket

Document Storage Pocket constructed of lightweight plastic and is screw mounted to the side panel.  Keep your documents and brochures organized and easily accessible with the document storage pocket.  

Globelyst Folding Workbench

Folding workbench stores upright and folds down outside of rear cargo doors.  Workbench does not include but accepts Globelyst vise.  Turn your Globelyst system into a mobile workshop with the Globelyst Folding Workbench.

Globelyst Lashing Channel

Lashing tracks come in a variety of lengths and can be mounted to the wide wall, dividing wall, or to the in-vehilce equipment for cargo security and tie down points.  

Globelyst Lashing Strap with Buckel & Hook

Lashing strap with buckel is compatible with Globelyst Lashing Channel and has permissible strain rating up to 1200 daN.

Globelyst Lashing Strap with Ratchet & Hook

Strap is 100% polyester and is compatible with Globelyst Lashing Channel.  Ratchet enables for tightening cargo down for secure transport.

Globelyst Parallel Vise

Vise compatible with folding workbench and turns your workbench into a mobile workshop.  Vise mounts directly to workbench and has a 5-3/4" opening.

Globelyst Shelf Hook

Shelf Hook is a multi-pupose unit to secure hoses and extension cables to long component or shelf trays.

Globelyst Stowage Tray

Stowage Tray constructed of lightweight plastic and mounts to the side panel of the Globelyst system.  Stowage Tray ideal for storing small cans, bottles, etc.

Wall Cladding

Wall Cladding is applied to side walls of the interior of the commercial cargo van.  Cladding is impact, scratch, and chemical resistant and hides unfinished look of cargo side wall.  Constructed of lightweight honeycomb material, Wall Cladding is pre-cut to custom fit van side walls and is available for Ford Transit Connect and E-Series, Chevy/GMC Express/Savana, Ram C/V, and Mercedes Sprinter.

Double Floor

The double floor creates additional storage area while maintaining an open cargo area floor by utilizing a "sub floor".  The double floor features one large and two small drawers accessible from the rear cargo doors and one large drawer accessible from the curb side door.  The double floor is available for the Ford Transit Connect and Ram C/V. 

Cargo Area Vents

Cargo Area Vents enable proper ventilation of a van's cargo area which is essential with transporting gas bottles.  Vent location options include the roof, side, and floor depending upon the venitlation requirements for your application.  Vent options allow for both high and low venitlation of the cargo area.

I-BOXX

The I-BOXX is small and compact with an integrated handle for easy transfer from vehicle to jobsite.  It is ideal for small parts such as fasteners, connections, and fittings.  A transparent lid allows you to see the contents of the BOXX whether the lid is open or closed.  The I-BOXX has a variety of inset boxes that fit inside to further customize the carrying space.  The I-BOXX can also slide and lock in an open slot on the LS-BOXX.

T-BOXX

The T-BOXX is ideal for transporting small parts and hardware.  With a transparent lid, the contents of a T-BOXX can be seen whether the lid is closed or open.  Inset boxes can be positioned anywhere and are interchangeable.  Inset boxes click safely into place and the lid keeps the contents in place without spilling into the wrong inset box.  A wide variety of inset boxes are available for the T-BOXX.  Also available is a T-BOXX suspension kit which enables you to mount the T-BOXX virtually anywhere in your commercial van.

M-BOXX

The M-BOXX features a large handle for easy mobility.  Three M-BOXX combinations are available: with handle, with handle and divider, and with lid, handle, and divider.  The M-BOXX is ideal for transporting larger items such as hand tools or power tools.  

S-BOXX

The S-BOXX is a simple and practical way to organize your parts and equipment.  It is available in two different widths (single or wide) and three different depths (3, 4, and 5).  Dividers can be placed within the S-BOXX to further organize the available storage space.  

L-BOXX

The L-BOXX is an integrated mobile solution suitable for nearly all trades and vocations.  The L-BOXX ("L" for logistics) is extremely versatile and can be used to store and transport nearly any tools, parts, or equipment.  L-BOXXes can be stacked vertically and clicked together for easy transport of multiple L-BOXXes.  Four different sizes of L-BOXXes are available.  Numerous accessories are available to customize your L-BOXX to fit your vocation.    

LS-BOXX

The LS-BOXX combines a machine case with a tool case and a small components case in one compact and mobile unit.  The LS-BOXX has two front slots open for a drawer and I-BOXX combination for additional storage.  The top portion of the LS-BOXX is ideal for storing power or hand tools.
