The Knapheide Fleet Department was organized to meet the unique needs of each fleet customer.  Dedicated Account Managers provide the customer with a single point of contact and act as a customer liaison within Knapheide.  Account Managers and Account Representatives work closely with their assigned fleets to develop a solid business relationship.  Account Managers work side by side with Application Engineers and Installation Technicians to ensure fleet specifications and regulation requirements are met.  This process has streamlined fleet orders and resulted in quicker upfit and delivery times.  Services provided by the Fleet Department include:
