The Knapheide Product Support Center is here to assist with any post-sale product issues.
The Product Support staff is available to provide assistance with product performance, functionality, service and repair or warranty related concerns.
The Product Support staff provide a wide variety of services to maintain a high level of satisfaction for our fleets, distributors, dealerships, end customers and vehicle operators after taking delivery of our products. Area of focus with our customers is as follows:
- After sales support
- Product functionality, service and repair issues
- Preventative maintenance and product operation information
- Warranty claims (Distributors can submit product claims hassle free on our website)
- Support link to OEM installed products (welders, compressors, cranes, etc.)
- Distributor training on product installation and best practices
- Provide on site support and analysis
The Product Support Center takes pride in being a proactive cross functional support team within Knapheide that is actively involved in all facets of continuous improvement initiatives. This proactive approach is maintained throughout the entire support process to ensure that all Knapheide products delivered meet the expectations of our customers and are of the highest quality possible.
The Product Support Center prides themselves on being responsive to all requests for support and will typically follow up on all support requests that same day or within one business day.
