Knapheide’s KFLT1 Fuel Lube Trucks feature a modular design in order to offer customers flexibility with product tanks and components. The KFLT1 Fuel Lube Truck has a 1,000 gallon fuel tank along with various product tank sizes for new and salvage oils, coolants and anti-freeze. Choose an open KFLT1 design for service in warm weather environments or enclosed design in cold weather climates, along with a split or solid rear reel cabinet. Product Tanks
Front fuel tank has a holding capacity of 1,000 gallons on KFLT1 and 2,000 gallons on KFLT2. Platform can be configured as needed with additional product tanks. The 3/16" steel product tanks each have a vented fill cap, replaceable sight gauges, and have been reinforced to eliminate tank stress caused from twisting and vibration.
LED Tail Lights and Reflectors
Recessed long lasting and low maintenance tail lights featuring bright LED illumination and stop/turn/backup signaling. Compliant with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards 108 regulations.
Work Lighting
Four adjustable work lights located on the top of the reel cabinet and LED compartment lights for improved visibility in low light conditions.
Underbody Storage Compartments
Located on each side of the body for additional storage of tools, supplies, and equipment.
Door Design
All compartment doors utilize pry-proof continuous hinges, weather protecting neoprene door seals, adjustable security ring striker for tighter closing, and spring or strut retainers to prevent involuntary door swing. Steel models are constructed of double-shell 20-guage, two-sided A-40 galvanneal steel while aluminum models are made from 6061 T6 and 5052 military grade aluminum.
Automotive Latches
Our 6-year warranty backed automotive quality, paddle activated rotary latches make opening and closing compartment doors easy. Interior latching mechanisms include covers to prevent potential damage caused by shifting cargo inside the compartments. Locking can be facilitated via the included key entry feature and/or a power lock option available upon request.
