Mechanics Drawers
Street side front vertical compartment has a heavy duty 7 drawer unit with 3-3" high drawers, 3-5" high drawers, and 1-7" high drawer for organization of your tools.
Auxiliary Work Lights
4 halogen work lights installed, 1 on each rear light box, 1 at the base of the crane boom support, and 1 in the middle on top of the street side compartments.
Work Surface Bumper
21" (KMT1), 24" (KMT2), or 28" (KMT3) work surface bumper with lockable through compartment operated by stainless steel T-handles.
Cargo Area
Oversized cargo area for transporting large tools, equipment, and inventory. Commercial grade Knapliner spray-on bedliner applied to cargo floor, sides, compartment tops, bulkhead, and tailgate for maximum corrosion resistance.
Gas Bottle Retainer Kit
Curb side front vertical compartment has two gas bottle retainers with both the top and bottom panels vented for safe air circulation.
Tailgate
16" high double panel slam latch tailgate with center latch and flat space for displaying company graphics.
Aluminum Compartment Shelving
Street and curb side front vertical compartments contain two adjustable shelves with dividers. Curb side horizontal and rear vertical compartments include one adjustable shelf with dividers. All shelving has a 250-lb. capacity.
Door Design
All compartment doors utilize pry-proof continuous hinges, weather protecting neoprene door seals, adjustable security ring striker for tighter closing, and spring or strut retainers to prevent involuntary door swing. Steel models are constructed of double-shell 20-guage, two-sided A-40 galvanneal steel while aluminum models are made from 6061 T6 and 5052 military grade aluminum.
Cargo Tie Downs
Six recessed cargo D-ring tie downs installed in the floor of the cargo area with a 6,000 lb. maximum capacity.
Compressor
36 CFM Compressor with 50' x 1/2" hose reel and roller fairlead through the street side rear compartment, FLR system and underbody air tank included.
Hydraulic Crane
8,600 maximum lifting capacity and 30' hydraulic reach. Planetary winch speed at 60'/minute with 3/8" cable and double-acting cylinders with integral holding valves and filters. Crane comes with crane hook, snatch block, anti-two block device, boom support, RF wireless remote with back up pendant control, and in cab control panel included.
Strut Flex Steps
Two grip strut flex steps mounted on the bottom of the work surface bumper on both sides, allows for convenient and safe access to the cargo area.
Grab Handles
Two heavy duty aluminum grab handles located on both sides at the rear of the body for easy cargo access.
T-Handles
3 point T-Handles ensure your compartment doors stay closed and are individually lockable. Interior latching mechanisms include covers to prevent potential damage caused by shifting cargo inside. Locking can be facilitated via the included key entry feature and/or a power lock option available upon request.
Master Locking System
Master Locking System locks down all of the side compartments on one side by utilizing a padlock, provides an additional layer of security.
Outriggers
Two hydraulic out and hydraulic down outriggers located at the rear of the crane body for stabilization during crane operations.
Cargo Swivel Hooks
Two swivel hooks located in the curb side front vertical compartment, hooks pivot 180 degrees and can be used to hang equipment.
Small Part Storage Containers
Organizational unit located in the street side horizontal compartment for small parts and tool storage.
LED Tail Lights
These surface mounted rectangular tail lights feature bright LED illumination, stop/turn/backup signaling, and built-in reflectivity with an option available upon request for strobing functionality with 8 selectable pattern choices. Guards inside the rear compartments protect interior wiring and other related components. The tail light’s housing, orientation and placement on the body may vary.
