General Description:

This person is responsible for administrative functions including reception duties, order entry, invoicing, chassis check in, filing, and other administrative tasks as requested by Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Answer Multi-line phone
  2. Greet customers
  3. Chassis check in
  4. Assist with the job order entry and invoicing function for all quoted orders
  5. Maintain vehicle records
  6. Support customer inquiries and complaints as required
  7. File all job orders and paperwork in an orderly manner
  8. Complete all assigned tasks timely and proficiently
  9. Adhere to company safety guidelines
  10. Regular and predictable attendance.
  11. Ability to interact with others.

Preferred Training and Experience:

  1. Previous experience in the truck equipment industry or similar industry
  2. Excellent customer service skills
  3. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  4. Ability to work independently

Education/Certification Requirement

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Associate degree or work-related experience

Physical Demands: 

  1.   Normal standing, walking, bending and twisting as necessary to perform job duties.
  2.   Exposed to normal seasonal temperatures.
  3.   Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
