Knapheide customers will soon see many of the changes displayed at NTEA last year on their new KMT and KMS upfits.
Master Lock System
The Master Lock System now features a molded handle, providing users with a better and more ergonomic grip when controlling the lock mechanism for the side compartments.
Grote Work Lights
All KMT and KMS upfits are equipped with four work lights, two at the front and two at the rear. The new Grote lights are two and a half times brighter than before, now 3,000 lumens.
KMT1-Specific Changes
KMT1 customers now have access to a wider range of cranes for their truck class. There are two crane package options available for the KMT1s: the 7,000 lb. or 8,000 lb. crane. The 8,000 lb. hydraulic crane will increase strength, without adding additional body weight.
